研究生成功促进教师卓越计划旨在通过加强增值规划和博士后培训来推进UTSA的研究生教育；招聘、录取和多元化；融资机会; 研究生课程和教师；以及职业成果。通过这一举措，大学将审查其所有研究生教育过程，以确保它们能够最佳地配合其教学和研究的双重使命；使用基于证据和数据的决策，为改善招聘和保留提供建议，包括制定计划，为研究生在多个部门从事职业做好准备，并对社会产生积极影响；并展示研究生对城市和州的智力和经济贡献。

The 研究生的成功 for Faculty Excellence Task Force, led by Vice Provost and Graduate School Dean Ambika Mathur, completed its report on July 27, 2020. UTSA has made considerable progress in implementing the Task Force’s six recommendations, including standardizing appointments for doctoral students; increasing financial support and health benefits for full-time doctoral students; 现代化研究生院博彩网站推荐和招聘流程； and expanding professional development and micro-credentialing to ensure student success for careers in and outside of the Academy. These investments and a review of five doctoral programs and faculty were integral to UTSA’s effort to 确保国家研究型大学基金（NRUF）资格 in August 2023.

While this task force has fulfilled its objectives, UTSA’s commitment to support graduate student success and engage in innovation and continual improvement remains steadfast.
